App does not work on with dual SIM - even with Jawwy as SIM 1 and SIM 2 disabled

Has anybody managed to get the app to work on a dual sim phone with 2 sims in?  I have disabled SIM 2 and Jawwy is in slot 1 on Galaxy S9+ but app is stuck on: "The service is experiencing issues. Please try again now or later".

The only time it works is when I completely remove the second SIM.

If this is the only way it'll work then there is a major flaw in the app!

Thats weird, i have an s8+ and got 2 sims, sim 1 is Jawwy and sim 2 is Zain, and the app is working fine.

Uninstall the app, remove the 2nd sim and turn off wifi, install the app and configure everything with your user name and password, then install the 2nd sim and see if it works.

If you login the app using your ID and password it should work
