details missing in internet offers

Sometimes we purchase some offer reading thru the little details given but when we actually get it, it ios not the same as we expected. Like for example, I bought social media pass for 20 SR. It was given I can use it for Facebook, Whatsapp and twitter. So I thought this is good. 90% of my use is in Whatsapp and facebook. But ;later when i . purchased this, I got to know that i cannot use this for facebook calls and for watsapp texting only!!!! So try to avoid this misleading infromation to trap customers. Give all the details when we click on the link to purchase.
