If your handset is not working from the moment you received it, we can test it to check if it is a manufacturer issue. Please visit one of the service centers listed on our locations page and they will help resolve the issue. If under warranty, the advisor will help resolve the problem at no charge (except for any delivery costs). If warranty does not apply, the advisor will provide a quotation
for the cost of repair.
All devices purchased from Jawwy are provided with a limited two-year warranty by the manufacturer from the date of purchase. The warranty covers handsets with factory defects (it does not cover liquid damage, dropped phone or misuse (as per handset manufacturer guidelines).
