I want to transfer my Jawwy SIM card from my passport to my Iqama. I have visited two Stc branches in Alhouf. they did not transfer. The first branch said you go to the Stc store and they will transfer, and when I went to the Second Store, they said you will have to go to another Stc office. They were behaving like Jawwy doesn't belong to Stc. I'm requesting you to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
