 i  have  already sim card on my iqama , but activation time seler add on his  email id i want to reset  his email id and use  my own email .

We can cancel your current email from your number so that you can join it on different account.

As per the system, the number status that you have provided is " unjoined " you need to join the number to an account in order to be able to use it. Follow the steps below to join the number.

1. Insert the SIM in the device and download Jawwy App from Play Store or App Store depending on your device brand.
2. Login to the App using the account details (Credentials) you want to join the SIM too.
3. After successful login, the SIM will be linked to this account and you will be able to control it from “My devices” section in your App or through the website.
