You can know your number from the SMS that was sent to you the first time you bought the SIM. You can also view this video for information, checking the balance and plan/purchase history.

We are very sorry to hear that, please try following the steps below:

 

1.    Open your device settings.
2.    Tap Apps & notifications.
3.    Tap Jawwy from STC.
4.    Tap Clear data. If you don't see "Clear data" tap manage space.
5.    Delete Jawwy from STC app.
6.    Turn off your device.
7.    Remove any other SIM in the device, Have only Jawwy SIM in slot 1.
8.    Turn on your device.
9.    Download the app again using Jawwy’s SIM cellular data.
