Hello Shaikhadil,
Thank you for contacting Jawwy from STC,
Sure you can change your STC package to Jawwy by following the steps in this link: https://community.jawwy.sa/t5/Getting-Started/Can-I-bring-my-current-number-when-purchasing-a-Jawwy-...
Also please make sure to select keep my STC number, and the process will be done as soon as possible after the successful fingerprint.
However, we would like to clarify that, the provided ID and fingerprint must be from the SIM owner to complete the process.
In case you need to change the owner you must do it from STC before placing the order.
If you need any further assistance, please contact us via Facebook, Twitter, or live chat and we will help you the best possible way: https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/support
Regards,
Mostafa.

Welcome to Jawwy from stc, our pleasure to assist you and happy to hear that dear Tareeq
switching to us is easy.
- Click https://shop.jawwy.sa/ to go to our Online Shop, and then add the SIM Card you desire to the cart and click "Checkout".
- Register your account, log in, or proceed as a guest in order to continue your order.
- First, you’ll have the option to choose either to keep your existing number or get a new one.
- Select "Keep my stc number" to change your plan from Sawa/stc postpaid to Jawwy.
- Enter your existing mobile number, as a verification code will be sent to you to confirm your request.
- After that, choose how you would like to receive your SIM, either by "delivery" or “pick it up yourself” option and fill in the required details, and enter your contact number as another code will be sent to you for order confirmation.
- Finally, choose the payment method to place your order.
For stc numbers once you receive your SIM with a successful authentication, transferring your package will be as soon as possible for SAWA numbers, and up to the following business day for postpaid numbers.
Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to use the service on your existing number during the number transfer process.
Please note that transferring existing numbers is only applicable to the holders of a valid National ID or Iqama.
If this solution was helpful please press on accept as solution
Kind regards,
Amjad
