- select the SIM package you prefer, add it to cart, and proceed to the number selection, payment and delivery options.
- choose (Keep my STC number) add your number.
- verify the request by the SMS you will receive on your number.
- select the Payment and delivery method you prefer and confirm.
We also would like to clarify that the package changing process will take place as soon as possible after the successful fingerprint if your current package is Sawa.
And, at the beginning of the second business day in case your package is a postpaid package.
Note: the delivery option takes 1:5 days from the date of the order.
