Good morning and welcome to Jawwy from STC, You can change package from STC when choosing "Keep my STC number" and follow the steps in this link and if you have a current balance or plan on your Sawa SIM consume it first then order the migrated SIM: https://community.jawwy.sa/t5/Getting-Started/How-can-I-order-my-SIM/ta-p/4777

We would like to inform you that, once you submitted your fingerprint, the changing process takes 8 business hours from 8:00AM till 4.00 PM so you have to keep using your current SIM till disconnected then you can activate Jawwy SIM.
