To Whom It May Concren,
I received a new SIM on 17th January 2017. The order was placed with the option of "Keep My Old Number" which was +966 59 719 2399. It was an STC number. On 18th January 2017, the signals in my OLD SIM dropped, assuming that the transfer is now complete and I should be able to use my new "Jawwy" SIM.
I put my new SIM, I see Jawwy 3G with full signal bar, but I cannot cannot make or receive calls and use any data, of course.
I have been constantly in touch with the person @ Jawwy Twitter, and apart from asking me to be patient, I am not getting a clear answer, whether this problem will be solved (or not), because it is been 2 days, I have been trying to use my mobile, for an obvious purpose, for which the mobile phone was invented, i.e. CALLS.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP, because if this is the level of service being provided to new customers, I am greatly dissappointed and regretful to switch my number to "Jawwy".
