Recharge or wallet amount is missing

Hi, I have topped up my sim for 210 riyals and it also shows in the billing history but the amount is neither added to the wallet nor my plan is updated. Please help.

I reached out to chat support but they say that network is down and asking me to contact later. Very disappointed with the service. STC customer care does not respond!!!

Reached through Facebook and the representative tells me the same thing. Network issues and cannot help for few hours. Can a national mobile service provider afford a No-Network for 12+ hours? Really annoying dear!!!
