Phone number of 2 years cancelled for no reason

Hello, 

Last week I received a single message saying that my number would be cancelled in 3 days because the owner of the number has permanently left KSA. 

I have tried contacting Jawwy through Chat, E-mail and Twitter and none of them have been helpful. The last reprasentative from Jawwy told me that the number was cancelled by Communications and Information Technology Commission, and that I should contact them. I called them and they said that this is an issue from Jawwy and does not involve CITC. 

Can I please get some assistance with this? I have had my number for 2 years, and it is ridiculous to give someone 3 days before the number is cancelled. It is also strange that all the customer gets is 1 SMS message with no way to dispute or follow up.

Unfortunately I have tried the Chat, E-mail and Twitter and none of them were helpful. No one responded to my E-mail ticket, and the Chat and Twitter conversations did not provide any clarity. So I am hoping more people will see this and may have a better idea or solution. 

To clarify in case it was not clear, I have had the same number for 2 years, it is registered in my name, I have been using it with no issue until last week when this situation happened. I have not left KSA or had any changes to my status.

Thanks Walaa. But why was it terminated? That is my issue. I did not leave KSA, so the message was incorrect and the number was cancelled for no reason.
