I would say: It is very rare for deliveries to be delayed. I received jawwy sim in two days. Jawwy from STC is pretty good at delivering sim on promised time. Generally whenever having something shipped, expect it one day over.

Did you track the shipment? What is the current status? I selected delivery to my address, and received the sim through SMSA express. If you choose delivery to your place, I would suggest you to contact SMSA express support. They will ask for your number, and track accordingly. Try!!!
