You can use the Jawwy app even if you are outside KSA, you just need to connect on of the preferred networks in your country from your device settings, then torn on the data roaming and use the cellular data of the Jawwy SIM then the app will work with you,
You can buy PayGo credit💵 as follows:
1. Launch Jawwy App and tap "Shop".
2. Tap "PAYGO", and then choose one of the available options.
3. Select the number you want to buy this balance to (If you have more than one number in the account), tab "BUY".
4. Select your preferred payment method and finally "Confirm Order".
You can check your PayGo balance in the "My Plan" tab at the bottom of the page.
All Jawwy SIMs have the roaming service🌎🛩️ pre-activated. In order to make/receive calls and send SMS, make sure to buy PayGo credit before travelling through the Jawwy app > Shop > PAYGO > Select the amount > BUY.
Regarding using data while roaming, it depends on your destination, if there is a preferred network or not. We recommend doing the following just before traveling:

For preferred networks:
1) Buy💸 one of our roaming passes through our app > Shop > ROAMING > Under "Global Data Only", select the suitable pass > BUY.
2) Enable the "Data Roaming" feature in the device settings.
For non-preferred networks:
1) Buy enough PayGo credit.
2) Enable the "Data Roaming" feature in the device settings.
3) Enable a free feature to use data and deduct from your PayGo directly for each 1 MB depending on the country rates through the app > Shop > ROAMING > Under "Data Roaming Paygo", select the feature > BUY.
Remember that the Jawwy App is only accessible while roaming when connected to a preferred network. If you connect to a non-preferred network, you must buy enough PayGo credit before traveling to use the app.
