You can get a replacement SIM/eSIM as follows:
• Physical SIM: Either through our online shop

• eSIM: Only through our online shop
https://shop.jawwy.sa/esim/jawwy-esim-replacement/p-2002341-35413873209-cat.html#variant_id=2002341-... (Not applicable from branches).
• You must order it from the same email you ordered your original sim, and the owner of the same number must receive it in order to authenticate it.
Moreover, the replacement SIM/eSIM costs 28.75 SAR including VAT, and you will need to authenticate the new replacement SIM in your same National ID/Iqama when receiving it.
