I didn't get my sim untill which was order 28.06.2020

Hi dear
I am really very disappointed for your communication system with customer. I couldn't get my sim untill now which i ordered at 28.06.2020 and i have paid by credit card.now i am suffering i don't have internet access.No customer care representative contact me untill even i raised ticket. Kindly give me solution if any.

Still I didn't receive my new sim
