I can't make calls from my phone, what should I do?

I have purchased new sim 15 25days back, 15 days it works well then data and calling stopped, the i raised Complaints data connection solved, calling is not working. please chack and resolve the issue.

my mobile no. is 0535929307

now i am interested to take new subscription still i am afraid to continue.

This is Naveen, Jawwy customer- A beginner. Please open your jawwy app and check base plan, bundle plan, account balance, etc. I guess, you might consumed data and national minutes.
Dont worry my friend, Jawwy is the best as per my experience.

Please, contact jawwy support through email/ live chat. They will fix your issue shortly. Believe me, jawwy support is available 24*7. As you have existing plan, they will solve it and reply to you. I saw, few customers faced the same issue and got a solution in this way. No customer care support? What does it mean? Did you try connect them through live chat / email

Let me explain to you..

Sidrub,
Inorder to make a payment through SADAD, you should have a SADAD ID. If you dont have it, register a new. Go to internet banking- Select SADAD- create a new ID- complete your registration. Make sure, you have enough funds in SADAD account prior to visit jawwy app. You can easily transfer funds from your bank account to SADAD ID. Once done, Go to jawwy app- choose the required Add- ON/ plan- select the payment through SADAD- enter ID and proceed with payment. It is so easy. Please, note Jawwy doesnt have a unique biller code in SADAD. So this is the right method to do. Hope this helps!
