I can't connect to the internet from my phone, what should I do?

I bought jawwy internet sim card. when first I use jawwy its good connection. After I finish my first load of 40 ryals, I reload agin 20 Ryals plus 10 ryals but the internet connetion was lost. I cannot open my face book. What is the problem? I cannot contact my wife thru facebook. Any problem with the jawwy internet card? please advice me what to do. just email me edduardotorio1961@yahoo.com
