I can't buy new sim

Today when I tried buying new sim, iam unable to find any sim in the website. I could only find sim replacement. If there any error in the website.

It seems there is an update taking place. It may take a month or two before new Sim is ready for purchase. Why such a long delay is completely baffling but thts what i was informed.
