After i validate my info….it requests me to put a contact number but doesn’t take the same stc number as it said that i cant use the same port number so what i can do if i just have one number which i need to transfer it

Why the app doesnt run from outside KSA, it keeps saying that its taking longer than usual and nothing happens !!
