Finger-print Activation

When i recieved my SIM, the delivery man asked me to use my fingerprint in order to activate the SIM. However, i tried multiple times and it didnt work. Anyone else had the same problem?

Hi Muhanned,

You must go to MOI to re-do your fingerprint. After that you will be able to solve activation problem!!
