Hi All,
A month ago i was in Jawwy. I tried to change my physical SIM card to an e-sim card (because I needed the slot for another number) and I couldn't through the website. So at the end, I ended up changing to the only company that let me, Salam. But I've been struggling with their internet and bad network WHOLE month and need to return to Jawwy.
But every time I try through the website I cant, once you mark 'GET AN E SIM CARD' the web page is blank. There are no options and I've tried all.
What can I do? Is there any Jawwy office in Madinah? can I go to an STC office and ask them to change me?
Please is urgent!
