I'm unable login in application when ever I'm trying to go to the login option the application is closing and I'm back to home in my mobile and I even tried on other two mobiles to install app and try to login but it's happening same in every mobile I cannot login to activate my new sim

Hi Shoayb, thank you for choosing Jawwy from STC community, we do apologize for any inconvenience may occur. We have reviewed your account and found that you consumed your combo-70 data bundle, therefore; you will not be able to use Jawwy app so you need to build your Flexible-Plan or purchase a new Add-On but I will escalate your matter to our technical team to assign 100 MB data bundle for app usage, for the time being, so you can log-in and activate your new SIM.
In regards to your recharge transaction through NCB banking, we are sorry but SADAD billing is not supported by Jawwy but only SADAD online by creating a SADAD account through your bank online services and the following link will provide you with full information about Jawwy recharge methods with detailed steps: How can I recharge my main balance/account balance?
Finally, and post following those steps, if the issue still persists, please do not hesitate to inform us and we will be more than happy to take it from here.
