Did you guys know that if you register 2 or more SIM in your name, you have to pay 30 riyal for the second SIM without any plan active on it. Have jawwy ever thought about the fact that a customer have no use with piece of plastic he bought for 30 riyals with jawwy printed on it. Stupidest deal ever,!!
Welcome to Jawwy from STC, Thank you for contacting Jawwy, dear if you already have a SIM with a valid base plan and added a new SIM you will get a 25 SAR balance instead of the base plan because every account can be added on it only one base plan which can be shared between numbers and you can use the balance to upgrade this plan or purchase anpther addon
