Need Urgent Help.

Duo to some glitch or App bug, I have recharged my account with 150 riyals to purchase the Combo 150 package, during the "Preparing Purchase" period it gave me a message that "Purchase Failed" and it already used 150 riyals from the credit, now I am not able to make calls I don't have internet, I don't know if I should charge again or same problem will happen, everytime I contact support they ask me to wait, I am not even able to issue an official complaint ticket.
My money is taken, I didn't get a service in return, what is this?
Please help.

I did contact you on facebook and twitter, sent my number to your facebook page and yet nothing happened the problem still proceeds.
Live chat there is always 1 person in the queue that never leaves apparently it's a move by your side so we could never reach the support representative.
And finally when I reached somebody, all he did was raising a complaint ticket and said they will call you in 48 hours.
After two days I am supposed to wait 2 more days ?
