If you are trying to make a local call to a landline number or a mobile number, make sure you have a flexible plan or a calls filler or any offer that includes minutes.
If you are trying to make international calls, make sure to have an International Minutes add-on or enough PayGo credit to make these calls.
If you are trying to make calls to numbers beginning with 700/19 or 3-4 digits numbers, make sure to have enough PayGo credit, to make such calls.
Try the following if the above points are not valid:
- Restart your device to refresh the connection to the network.
- Check your phone settings:
- Call Barring should NOT be active
- Fixed dialling should be deactivated
- Airplane or Flight Mode should be turned off.
- Insert your SIM card in another device and check if you will be able to make or receive calls.
- If you have another Jawwy SIM card, try it in the device and check if you get a signal, it means your SIM card may be defective and may need to be replaced.
- Put the SIM in the first slot if the device supports Dual SIM.
