Hello and welcome to Jawwy Community
The purpose of the community is for building engagement with you, our customers, and giving you a platform to talk about yourself, about us, about your services on Jawwy, issues, feedback, experiences or absolutely anything else! We trust that the community will better help improve our relationship with our customers and help us do better in serving you.
Our community team keeps monitoring the Forum and is here to help you whenever needed. We do hope you can follow the few, simple guidelines so we can help make this an excellent place to talk and have discussions.
As the community grows, we will make amends to the Community Guidelines, and these guidelines are applicable to the entire community.
Guidelines:
Be positive. We are trying to build something beautiful here. Your ideas should be constructive.
Do not attack other telecom operators in KSA. Some of your past experiences might have been upsetting or disappointing but try to be constructive in your criticism and stay away from aggressive opinions.
Remember the human. Keep your comments as real as possible. You are talking to other humans so always ask yourself “Would I say it to the person's face?”
Adhere to the same standards of behavior online that you follow in real life.
Kudos. If you think something contributes to the conversation, don’t forget to give it a kudo.
Harassment. Do not stalk or harass any of the users on the forum. If you have an issue with someone, report them to the moderators.
Insults do not contribute to a rational discussion. Constructive Criticism, however, is appropriate and encouraged.
Do not feed the trolls or be one.
Search for duplicates before posting. Redundant posts add nothing new to previous conversations.
Malicious Speech. Don't encourage violence or hatred on the basis of things like race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age. We will remove anything malicious.
Deceptive or Fraudulent Links. Don't post deceptive or fraudulent links in your posts. This includes giving links misleading descriptions.
Spam. Don't spam people. Don't make spammy posts, don't post spammy replies, don't send people spammy messages. Be a regular human. Don't put tags on your posts that will mislead or deceive searchers.
Copyright or Trademark Infringement. Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others. If you aren't allowed to use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work, don't post it.
Confusion or Impersonation. Don't impersonate anyone. Your personality in the community should reflect your own.
Unlawful Uses or Content. Jawwy is not a place for illegal behavior, including fraud, phishing, or illegally inciting violence.
Transactions. You may not use the Jawwy community to conduct transactions for any illegal goods or services.
