Hlo sirI requested my sim passport to iqama transfer pleaseI going many times branch

Hi,I want to know whether I can transfer my SIM under passport to my Iqama ? I have visited STC branches many times and they says that they cannot transfer it. My number starts with "053".Please help me in this regard.
