Need My Lost SIM cancelled from my Iqama

I have lost my SIM and I urgently need it cancelled. It was an additional sim that I didn’t use much so I have lost the SIM and the number so I need to remove it from my iqama please

Also, I have tried calling customer service numerous times but no one answers. This is now extremely urgent!
