In my jawwy app at my plan when entered my jawwy mobile number a message on screen said "your phone number is used by another device"

I'm trying to recharge my jawwy 70 sim thru the app but it's always stated to login or sign-in then when I hit the login it goes to site with blank, only visible is jawwy sapphire

I would like to recharge my jawwy 70 package using stc vouchers pre-paid but the apps stated that i need to login when i try to login the apps doesn't work

I am not able to sigh in jawwy app.. I have jawwy app today i recharge 80 sar and try to buy my bundle but cant singn in jawwy app..
