its sh*t horrible that Jawwy service department is not answering. i am trying from last 3 month 

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I swapped from physical to esim. After this, I am facing the internet speed issue, even though I cannot connect to chat support. Before, it was good in physical sim. Can you please raise my complaint?
