Slow internet

Internet has become very slow in part of rastanura area specially near Ad dana street , the slowness start from every evening upto midnight, Please solve this issue Asap.

I recharged my mobile through STC pay , The balance got deducted in the STC wallet , but I didn't received anything on my Jawwy number.
