My Sim is avtivated but 1 GB free national data is not activated. what to do?

Assalamuwalaikum. Brothers i try to buy one SIM with Mi4i phone. But where ever i visit the Jawwy outlet there only SIM card Avialable, no device is there. So how can i find this?
