According to the official authorities in the Kingdom, customers should have an official valid identity, which is either a National ID for Saudi citizens or an Iqama for expatriates, in addition to Absher account in order to issue the Authentication IAM code for SIM authentication, or fingerpring in case of prepaid SIMs.
