I have two problems that I faced while I am here in the US and I hope if anyone could help me.
1- Jawwy app can't be used as I can't login, it keeps giving me a blank page no matter which browser I used or even network. I tried it with chrome and safari, and Mint, T-Mobile, and Xfinity but there was no luck.
2- I need to receive an important call from a Bank in Saudi Arabia, and I've been told that Roaming is activated in all of Jawwy chips. But the call never reaches, even though there is cash in my Jawwy account. And even if I changed networks. I tried with T-Mobile, At&t, and Verizon but no luck.
Anybody can help in this situation or know what can I do? The most important thing for me now is the call.
