Also there is no way I could find to raise a complaint to STC. They haven't given that option. I called 900, it said for Jawwy numbers, use Application or social media accounts or Jawwy website. On all three of these we have to rely on Caht Support which is poor. So how to complaint for can't support when chat support itself is poor. Also I tried to send message thrz "having trouble" tab, I couldn't.
