You can access Jawwy App while roaming if you are using Mobile Data when connected to one of the preferred networks in that country, and if you are connected to non-preferred networks, you need to have PayGo credit in advance (Before traveling outside) to be able to access the app (Note that Jawwy App is not accessible through Wi-Fi while roaming).
