You can do it all by yourself, in real time. You’ll never need to worry about running out of services or losing the services you may not have used. You can manage your flexible plan either by upgrading or downgrading it following the below simple steps:
1- Launch Jawwy app and tap "GET ADD-ONS"
2-Click on the "FLEXIBLE PLAN" section above the screen.
3- You will see your current consumption of your existing flexible plan; you can upgrade it by pressing + icon and downgrade by – icon.
4- Tap " BUY NOW" and to complete the transaction tap "PAY NOW".
Now, you are all set.
