sim not compatible

hello.please can anyone help me. im using iphone SE. my phone display "we dont recognize your jawwy sim" not compatible why is that? im using the app. signal is good anyway..

As I can see on my system you have 2 numbers but activated only one.

Kindly insert the SIM on your phone and enter the app using Jawwy data and sign in using your credentials, then your SIM will be activated.
