How can I get started and activate my Physical Jawwy SIM?

Activate your SIM easily by following these steps: 

1) Open your SIM pack. You will find that our all-in-one SIM fits any device; you can select it in full size, micro, or nano, and pop it into your device. 

2) You’ll receive a welcome SMS with a link to download our app. You can also directly download our app from the App Store or the Play Store for your iOS or Android device.  

3) Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app, launch it to start enjoying our services (Make sure you turn off your WiFi & use Jawwy mobile data only). 

Note that if you don't have a compatible device, you can still activate your Jawwy SIM through your account on the website here to log in and add your number.

If you are using Jawwy mobile data, it will automatically log in to your account, however, if you use WiFi, you shall receive an SMS with a validation code to log into your account for any recharging or purchases transactions through the app.

In the "My Plan" section in the app, you will be able to review the SIM benefits either a flexible plan or a specific Combo, and use them immediately. You can check your account login state through More > Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will find the current login status (Either Log in or Logout).
