We are very sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with the app, to be able to use Jawwy app with a dual SIM device, you need to make sure that you have Jawwy SIM in SIM slot 1.
This will make the app connect to the SIM and automatically log you into your account. Also, please make sure to not use WiFi and only use Jawwy SIM cellular data.
