We move a lot due to my dad work nature so we are supposed to move next month to a different city

Does that mean I have to open a new file with my new address or what? Or do I contact them?

Hi Laura,

If you are talking about changing your address in general, you can change it from your profile by following the below steps:

1. Open Jawwy from STC website: https://www.jawwy.sa
2. Login to your account  
3. Scroll down and click on “MY JAWWY”
4. Then click on “MY PROFILE”
5. Choose “ADDRESS AND PAYMENT”
6. Add your new address and make it as “DEFAULT SHIPPING ADDRESS
