Regarding your query, you can simply buy "EXTRA SERVICE CREDIT" which will allow you to call other countries that are not included in the "international minutes add-Ons zones"

To subscribe to the "EXTRA SERVICE CREDIT" add-On you can just follow the below steps:
Step 1: From the main menu on the app tap Add-ons
Step 2: Swap till you find "EXTRA SERVICE CREDIT" choose the suitable bundle for you needs. Tap Buy. You’ll be directed to the Confirm Purchase page, and tap Next. you’ll now be able to see the summary of your order and tap Confirm Order button. You should get a message that your purchase was successful.
