i cant activate my sim please help me

I recieved my sim on 12th Jan. Paid 60 SAR.

Tried many times but not able to activate the same, .

when i try through portal after entering phone number and IMEI number of my phone it says Your phone number is invalid! Please re-enter the valid phone number.

Please help me to activate the sim
