i cant activate my sim please help me

I didn't get any refaral number when i ordered jawwy simcard and now i got the sim. But i can't activate the sim because of this referal number. My number is 0556151657

Regarding your concern, kindly provide us with the correct number, cause we have checked the system with the number that you provided but we couldn't find anything.

And it would be better if you provide us with the serial number of the sim as well.
