I don’t know how this package was activated in my number. This service will block all my international calls and sms. Please guide me how to deactivate/ unsubscribe this service.

I have my Jawwy sim. And it stopped working in just 1 month. I have been to multiple stc offices and nobody helped me. They say it’s not possible. Please kindly help me get my sim activated because it’s linked with me bank accounts.
I hust bought a new jawwy sim and transfaring the the same stc number to jawwy. But the sim is not activated yet. There's no service at jawwy sim at all.
