We are glad to know your interest to join Jawwy, I would like to clarify that if your stc number is postpaid, you need to contact 900 to ensure paying any outstanding bills as this may cause a rejection of the plan change to Jawwy.
Changing your plan to Jawwy is very easy as follows:
1) Go to our Online Shop https://shop.jawwy.sa/sim-pack for a physical SIM, or here https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/esim-0 for the eSIM, and then add the SIM/eSIM you desire to the cart and click "Checkout".
2) Register your account, log in, or proceed as a guest in order to continue your order.
3) In the first step, you’ll have the option to choose either to keep your existing number or get a new one. Select "Keep my STC number" to change your plan.
4) Enter your existing mobile number to receive a verification code sent to you to confirm your request.
5) After that, choose how you would like to receive your SIM, either by "delivery" or “pick it up yourself” option and fill in the required details, and enter your contact number as another code will be sent to you to confirm your order.
6) And finally, choose the payment method to place your order.
Changing your plan will be as soon as possible for SAWA numbers, and for stc postpaid numbers, it takes up to 2 working days from the successful authentication (From Sunday to Thursday).

Note: If you opt for an eSIM, steps may vary a little as you will need to proceed with the payment and do the SIM authentication using the IAM code in order to receive the QR code to activate it.
