Hi dear, welcome to Jawwy from stc. It is my pleasure to assist you. We are sorry for that, to get a SIM replacement/swap on website:
1. Login to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/support using the same email account used to purchase the SIM in very the first time.
2. Click on "Get a replacement SIM” found in the middle of the page.
3. It will direct you to the eShop page for the SIM replacement, click “Add to cart”.
4. Open your shopping cart and click “Checkout”.
5. Under “Your number”, there is a dropdown list which includes the number/all numbers you have in your account, choose the number for which you want to get a replacement.
6. Then fill in your shipping address and contact number, and choose how you would like to receive the new SIM (Delivery or Collect it from the store).
7. Finally confirm your order by choosing the suitable payment option. Knowing that it is for 25 SR
And note that the owner of the SIM has to receive the SIM so he can successfully authenticate it using absher account.
