How can i activate my jawwy sim card ? I got it since 6 days with the same no as my stc mobile no .

Hi Mahmoud,

 

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused you,

To activate the SIM would you please try to open Data and turn off wifi, then try to search for anything on google so we can make sure that the data is working well.
If it's working, then download Jawwy app and log in with the email that you have been registered with  on Jawwy website.


If you are facing an issue during the activation process, then please answer the below questions, so we can help you better:

1- Did you receive the welcome SMS?
2- Is the Jawwy icon appearing on top of the screen? And check if there is a signal?
3- What is the device that you are using to activate the SIM?
4- Call 123 and tell us if you heard the Jawwy IVR voice message, or it is just disconnected?

None of the questions answer yes.
My SIM card till now almost 1week can not activate it.
Did not receive welcome msg.
No data is going through.
123 call disconnected.
Chat with support nothing happened

Any one have a solution old.
