I will recharge my Jawwy mobile 0503048228 via stcpay three times but i receive only two time amount is deducted from my stc pay. Two times via stcpay one time in sawa voucher recharge

Recharge via two times in stcpay and another one is via sawa voucher recharge an i will received one stc pay recharge and sawa voucher another one stcpay is not receiving.
